Warranty Information

New Equipment Warranty

All new ultrasound systems include the manufacturer's standard warranty:

  • Full system coverage: 12 months parts and labor
  • Probes and transducers: 6 months
  • Software updates: Included for warranty period
  • On-site service: Available in most regions

Extended warranties available: 2, 3, and 5-year extended warranty plans can be purchased for most systems. Contact our sales team for pricing and coverage details.

Refurbished Equipment Warranty

Professionally refurbished systems include:

  • 12-month comprehensive warranty on all refurbished systems
  • 90-day warranty on refurbished probes and accessories
  • Free technical support for warranty period
  • Priority service for warranty claims

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumables (gel, paper, batteries, etc.)
  • Damage from improper use or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues caused by customer actions
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
  • Problems with facility power or environment

Returns Policy

General Returns

Due to the specialized nature of medical equipment, returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Defective equipment not repairable under warranty
  • Incorrect item shipped due to our error
  • Equipment damaged in transit (must report within 48 hours)

Important: All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at sender's expense.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receipt
  2. Provide order number, photos, and detailed description of issue
  3. Receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  4. Ship item in original packaging with RMA clearly marked
  5. Inspection and processing within 5-7 business days
  6. Credit or replacement issued if approved

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees:

  • New equipment: 25% restocking fee
  • Refurbished equipment: 15% restocking fee
  • Accessories and parts: 20% restocking fee
  • Custom orders: Non-returnable

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact our technical support team at support@imagingexperts.com
  2. Provide your order number, system serial number, and detailed description of issue
  3. Our technician will diagnose and determine if on-site service is needed
  4. For approved claims, you'll receive service authorization and instructions
  5. Service will be scheduled at earliest convenience

When filing a claim, please have ready:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Model and serial number of equipment
  • Date of purchase and installation
  • Detailed description of problem
  • Photos or videos if applicable
